Kalpataru (Your wish is my......MONEY) or (I will take care ......of your MONEY)

Kalpataru. This is one of Nithyananda's famous and popular programs (well it was before the easy money of Inner Awakening opened the dam gates of Bidadi's greed). The program consists of some discourses, meditation programs, some marketing where the Nithya folks spit out their experiences to trap more gullible people, and the Grand finale, where Nithyananda confers one boon or wish to the participant.

I have been involved in this program both as a participant and as a volunteer (or organizer too). As a participant, I have done around 6 Kalpatarus both in USA and India. My wish was not that grandiose (like asking for a billion dollars). It was for the welfare of one of my beloved ones in the family. I do not want to disclose it for personal reasons but suffice it to say that it was something like asking for a suitable groom (or bride). Though I did the programs spanning over 4 years, all that happened was a transfer of my money to Nithyananda's bank account. Zilch in fulfilment. Every time, he would tell me the same thing. "Don't worry. I will take care".

Since I was involved as a volunteer(or organizer in some events), I decided to find out how many really got their wishes fulfilled. So, over the last 10 months, through social meetings, I secretly conducted my surveys. Well, I was relieved. Nithyananda did not single me out. I was in the 98% bracket. Only 1% was sure that Nithyananda fullfilled the wish through the program (Mostly, you will see this person on Nithya's TV blabbering the marketing nonsense). The other 1% was not sure.

Now I will relate my experiences as a volunteer. Though I was not in the first circle, I was pretty close to many there. The amazing thing was that for every event, all the organizing expenses were borne by the volunteers or sponsors. Ex:- for every event, I shelled out some donation as a proof of my commitment to the event and organization. The food was sponsored by restaurants which were approached by the volunteers. Hardly a penny came from Bidadi or LA. And yet all the proceeds of the event were directly credited to the LifeBliss foundation. Though I was not involved in the accounting, the chief accountant was a close buddy of mine. So, beat this profit model, Wall Street! Zero expenses, tens of thousands dollars (or lakhs of ruppees in India) profit in a day!!

For me, some events saddened me no end as a volunteer.  I remember asking for some concessions for my poor friends. They badly wanted a Darshan but could not afford it. So, I thought that getting some relief would be no problem as it was a spiritual organization. Boy, was I wrong!!!!!"No concessions..If we accept one request, then everyone will start asking for it..This is no way to respect Swamiji's time which is so scarce. He can go to many rich places and get tons of money, so why should he come to your place if you guys cannot even afford it?"...The voice barked at me (from Bidadi). And another comforting voice asked us volunteers to chip in for the poor devotees as we definitely would be blessed  by Swamiji. And yes, that is what we did. Chipping in money for the poor while Bidadi did not budge a paisa.

Another sad thing which I witnessed and which I will carry for a long time is seeing children with disabilities (adults too) struggling to attend the event. Even children were not afforded free Darshans. Their families had to pay. Since the children could not attend the full event, they would come at the tail end of the program. Unfortunately, it was difficult to predict when the Darshan began. (Mostly because it was the Nithya marketing folks who would endlessly tell their fancy stories to rope in more people). Seeing the children struggling to stay in intense weather (hot & cold in India & US) while waiting for the Hero to bless them is something I can't get rid from my mind. But I am glad that Nithyananda and his organization are detached from this..Spiritual Bliss.!

As the Kalpataru programs increased in number (along with the number of participants), there was one discordant note. People started complaining that their wishes were not fulfilled in spite of the many Kaplatarus they attended. When I started taking this complaint to the High Command , they told me that our faith was suspect. It was not proper to suspect an Enlightened Master and that our minds were twisted. But when the noise got louder and the organization could not ignore it any longer, Nithyananda came out with a GEM. In the last Yogam tour, he had this to say. He stated that during the Darshan, he was in an  expanded conscious state. And when the participants came with their wish, many would doubt Nithyananda's ability. So when he said 'Thatasthu' (So be it), the thought that the participant was carrying at that moment would get fulfilled. So, if they were doubting, their wish would never be fulfilled.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Beat this. If a wish turns true, it is Nithyananda's grace. If it doesn't, it is your fault as you were doubting when he blessed you. Wonder which machine we can use to trace the exact thought we all had at the exact moment Nithyananda blessed us! And what about the tons of people who did not spell their requests vocally but through letters? Or the children who came for the darshan and whose mind is still not developed enough to doubt? No answer..just the usual "Shut up" angry glare from the rowdy elements at Bidadi.

Ranjitha..Dumb is as dumb gets

My first post is about you, Ranjitha. Since you helped bring down Nithyananda, it is my tribute to you.

 We met when you came down to US though we hardly know each other. We did exchange pleasantries but that is about it. I am writing this as for some reason you think people are dumb enough not to see through you and that Nithyananda's nonsense. Of course, the Bidadi fools are done for. They had their chances but too bad, they did not take it. Their opinion is now irrelevant,

 Before I start, I would like you to read this article:- How a girl framed in a fake sex clip genuinely reacts. What it articulates is how a girl reacts when she is faced with a situation where a fake sex clip is circulated featuring her. The first reaction is of course, confusion , as she tries to understand the situation. Sadly, in Indian society, she becomes a mockery and some people do stigmatize her. Then she gets her act together, searches for the clip, figures out who may have produced and circulated it, and then files a police complaint. With struggles and popular support, she gets justice and is exonerated. This is the normal way, Ma! And people putting fake/real sex videos in circulation to denigrate girls is nothing new. It is the way the victim reacts that shows the genuineness of the tape.

In your case, what did you do? You just fled the scene. Absolutely out of sight. From what we read, you were moving in a Burkha because you were scared. (Hmmmm.....Nithya's Manipuraka meditation did not work?). And look at your subsequent behaviour. When the Kanchi seer in a casual interview(note this was not a press meet..just a reporter asking a stray question) opined that Nithyananda was not fit to head the Madurai Aadheenam because he was moving with an actress, you filed a case against the Seer. And you expect us to believe your cock-and-bull stories about someone harassing you as the reason for hiding for so many months. And now that you think the video tape is behind you, you are trying to portray weird scenarios believing that people are swallowing it. Try better!

You also filed a case against Lenin claiming that he molested (or raped or whatever) you. What took you so long to file the case? Anyone who was in the Ashram knew how messing with you would incur Nithyananda's wrath. When I was serving in Bidadi, I remember Nithyananda blasting one lady. When I enquired, I found out she had crossed your path. That was a scary sight to see Nithyananda going bersek on that poor lady. And even if it is true, I do not see you following the case vehemently. You should be knocking on media, politician, women's organization's doors. That is what happens normally. Of course, in your case, we all know your intent was to get back at Lenin. It is clear as daylight.

In a press meet, you claimed that some Christian missionaries were behind the producing of the video and that you would name them if the then CM, Karunanidhi pledged you protection. Wow! Your Avatara purusha cannot protect you, but the TN CM can? In that case, as per Nithyananda's logic (if you have listened to his discourses), you should be worshipping the TN CM. Anyway, you have a new CM, the no-nonsense but eccentric Jayalalitha now. She should be sympathetic as she is a lady too. Why don't you name the perpetrator now? And sadly, no one booked a complaint against you for violating a law which penalizes anyone for creating tension between communities. Go ahead. We are still waiting.

When asked by a reporter as to why you were accompanying Nithyananda, you claimed that you were producing a documentary of Hindu saints visiting foreign countries. Wow! Since when did you became an expert in producing religious documentaries? Also, where is that documentary ? If you had aired it, maybe you would have some credibility. In the last 2 tours where you accompanied Nithyananda( please ask the people who attended the tours ,most are ex-devotees now), everyone to the last will confirm (including me) that no one saw you with a video recorder. Most will tell how Nithyananda would smile with coyness whenever he saw you. Of course, everyone including me, at that time thought that our minds were crooked and also it was possible that you were his blessed mother in some of your previous births!!! That was the nature of our minds as we blindly believed in Nithyananda.

As I conclude, Ma, the only thing I can suggest is keep out of the limelight. No one believes that it was not you in the tape. If it were not you, the natural reactions would be:- Hey, He is a Swami and no women devotees are allowed near him, especially at bedtime. Or, hey, during that period, I was nowhere near there as my quarters were located in XYZ and I was in ABC and these witnesses confirm it. And then you would have the raging anger and find out the perpetrator and move heaven and hell to get justice. Not that bull of a spin where you try to take the videos off the net , produce some altered videos to some labs in US and flash their useless certificates to the public. This is as what we all call now , the Nithya nonsense.
